Phone call from 651-377-6770

The victim received a phone call from 651-377-6770 from a person identifying themselves as a FDIC agent stating that there was a missed court date. This person stated that she needed to go to Cub Foods to get cash to pay the bail. The unidentified person also stated that she could not hang up or she'd be arrested. The victim contacted law enforcement on her significant others phone. The victim was advised her that this was a scam and to not give anyone any money. The listed phone number was called and got a fake voicemail for Ramsey County Sheriff's Office business checks division. Called the number a second time and received an answer with what sounded like fake radio traffic in the background. The person did not state anything and hung the phone up. From there LE’s phone number was blocked. The phone number was checked in Accurint and found that it was a VoiP phone number with no identifying info. The call came in about 1 am.
