The victim was looking for a personal loan online 2 weeks ago. He applied to numerous websites and was called by a man who identified himself as David Jones. David's number was [786]567+4080 and he said he was with Eloan Financial. David told the victim that he was approved for a $10,000 loan but had to pay $3,000 in fees. David said that the fees were through Money Gram and that he would be reimbursed when he got the loan. David told the victim that he would have to go to a Bitcoin ATM to pay the fees. Ronald went to a Bitcoin ATM and finished transferring the money.
