• Bekam Addissu Merdassa, of Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
• Hadith Yusuf Ahmed, of Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
• Hanna Marekegn, of Edina, Minnesota, is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.
