Shooting at the Mall of America

No place is safe in the areas around the cities! Two people were shot at the MOA! The suspect has not been caught! Police arrived at the scene minutes after shots were fired! The mall was in lockdown for approximately 45 minutes. The mayor is calling it an isolated incident. I wonder if the suspect has a ccw!
