Masked individuals attempt carjacking in Saint. Paul. What you can't see is that one of these "gentlemen" had opened my driver's side door. I had to yank quite hard to close the door. I've heard reports of similar situations happening in both in Dinkytown and in South Minneapolis. The night of the incident I reached out to the Saint Paul police department but they refused to even let me file a police report. This madness MUST be stopped. Please share this with anyone who lives or works in the Twin Cities area.
