Walmart scam

The victim stated that he had recently received a phone call from someone stating that they were from Walmart and that there was a $398 charge that he needed to clear up. The victim said that he called the Walmart where he shops and they advised him to call the police. The victim stated that he did not give the original caller any personal or bank/credit account information.
