Text Scam: The caller advised that he received a text message stating that he was a recipient of $1 million from an individual, Laarni Bibal, who won $550 million in the lottery. Included in the text message was a phone number and confirmation code. The caller didn't act on the text message, however, he just wanted to make law enforcement aware of the scam.
