The complaint reported he was at Target and was approached by a woman who asked him to pay for her baby food. The complaint said he agreed to do so and had her go ahead of him in the checkout line and he paid for the baby food she needed. The complaint said the total for the baby food was $650. After paying for the items, they both left the store and the woman had asked the complaint for the receipt and he gave it to her.
