The victim reported answering an ad for a vehicle for sale on 03/20/22. A price was negotiated, and the victim received a shipping voucher for the 2006 Chevrolet Silverado that he agreed to buy. He received the voucher on 3/24/22 and paid the agreed-upon amount of $1200 on 3/26/22. At the seller's request, he paid with eBay gift cards. The victim called 1[818]900+2590 and gave the gift card numbers over the phone. He communicated with the seller, Michelle Miller, by her email address of millermich87[@]gmail.com. The victim hasn’t received the car nor has had any communication with the suspect since the phone call.
