Do not ever give your bank acct, credit card, atm card, etc to any utility company calling claiming you owe money. Instead, hang up and call your utility company and speak with them. Chances are your utility company didn’t call. From my experience of missing a payment, the company will send you correspondence via mail. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO SOMEONE WHO CALLS YOU
