My husband received a text from the 833 number. In the text it stated: Your delivery address is incorrect and need to be changed, we will ship it after you update it again. The link goes to sonusp.com. I went there and the site is an exact mirror of the usps.com site. All the drop downs don’t work on the site. I didn’t check to see if I could put info in it or not. I did take the tracking number and put it in on the usps.com site and came back to check the tracking number.
