Police were approached by a person who said their kid was at the #MNstatefair and occupants of the silver Kia fired shots at them.

The suspect is "shoeless."

More info on this:
U of M Twin Cities: Shots fired near the Saint Paul Student Center, 2017 Buford Ave. A U of M bus was stuck by a bullet that shattered a window. The shot was fired from a white Honda Civic. This vehicle has left the area. If anyone has information regarding the incident, contact 911.
