The Eagan Police Department made the decision to remove our School Resource Officers (SRO's) from the schools in Eagan. We are now evaluating the Attorney General's opinion regarding the "Student Discipline Laws" (121A.58), which was released late today, and a decision will be made tomorrow morning with regards to
our SRO's presence in schools.
