The victim reported that she received a Facebook message from a friend named "Stephanie Arnold" who said that she was pre-qualified for a cash award, all she had to do was to pay a fee of $400.00 to a BITCOIN ATM account. She said she paid the $400.00 but was told she needed to pay an additional $950.00. The victim said she paid the additional $950.00 with her Wells Fargo checking account on 01/29/22. The victim said that now her Facebook account is frozen, and she cannot access her account or send a message to her friend to ask where her money has gone.
