Tyler Kline Robbinsdale city council member charged

Tyler Kline, a Robbinsdale city council member, is charged with fleeing a peace officer, driving under the influence, and an additional DWI count of driving with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more. If Kline is convicted of these crimes, he has to resign.
