Joseph Paul Maness, 20, of St. Anthony, was charged Tuesday with criminal vehicular homicide and criminal vehicular operation in the death of Alan Alexander Caraveo. He was released from jail on $150,000 bail.

Description: The Jeep Wrangler entered wrong way onto the Eastbound Lanes of Interstate 394 from 6th street, in downtown Minneapolis. The Jeep continued West and struck the Chrysler Sebring that was traveling Eastbound, head on at Plymouth Road.
